Overall the Callaway Warbird Plus is a decent distance
ball that is playable.

With a price tag of $20 per dozen, you really can't get any cheaper for
a Callaway ball. This ball was in the middle of the A scale.
Like I always say, price means nothing without the performance so lets
get to the rating.
The
feel of this golf ball was not great but I hit a Pinnacle Exception
against it and the Callaway was far better. I thought it felt a lot
better than the old Warbird ball which Callaway put out as that ball
was not very impressive. A high C rating is about right for
this area.
This distance of this ball was really good. Unfortunately I played it
during fairly wet conditions however I was getting excellent carry. An
A rating is what I gave for this criteria since I figure I was getting
about 10 yards more carry on the drives than normal.
Durability was pretty good for this ball as well as most of the balls
I've reviewed so far. I begining to think that the days of the plastic
shreds left on your irons after a shot are gone. It seems that most
damage these days occurs due to bunker play and cart paths. This
Callaway product meets the A criteria.
